God I miss President Nixon. He at least knew a thing or two about geopolitics. I got nothing but children running the show now.
You think Russia is going to take Obama seriously? The Russian culture hates foreigners that are white much less blacks ones. Sorry if it breaks your PC college degree but much of the world still deals in race and the Russians and eastern Europeans in general very much treat everything on the terms of race/culture. Russia is going to pound us for another four years. They are smarter than us too because they play chess and get business degrees while we watch American Idol and learn about 'gay rights'. Wanna know about gay rights in Russia? It's their police beating the hell out of people in a Pride Parade, because Russians are smarter than Americans.
We fucked up Iran. Obama was right in not getting involved but then the liberal do gooders and the "nuke em all Iran" crowd started costing him poll numbers so he opened his mouth, Iran clamped down, and the Iranian government is secure for the short-medium term.
Then we had Honduras. It was right to stay out of Iran but wrong to stay out of Central America? This is the problem with Ivy League kids, they never fired a rifle, they never slept under a bridge, they never have thrown a punch or gotten punched. They don't know the real world. This is why it should be a requirment that every President serve in a combat arms MOS in the military be it Infantry, Armor, Fighter Pilot, etc. Honduras' business is their business. Same with Iran, Sudan, Canada, Israel, etc. Until their business affects our national security then we should STAY THE FUCK OUT OF THEIR BUSINESS!
But I'm talking to people who want to read Miranada rights to terrorists. I'll give them rights. They will be delivered via an M4 with some 5.56. I gives a fuck about their rights, their homes, their lives, their religion, their lands, their customs, their feelings. The waived those rights one Tuesday morning in NYC. Now it's our turn to slaughter the lot of them.
I'm of the mindset that would slaughter everyone in the world just to save one American life. I fully support the CIA in doing whatever it takes to break a few Third World PoS in order to protect the Union. I'll use any ally but will never let our decisions be affected by their opinions. They can come along for the ride but we alone run the show. People who think water boarding is torture don't have the stomach for the world and should be henceforth barred from any decision above the level of the local PTA.
But what should I expect from a society that thinks all cultures are equal (cause Uganda has done the world the same as England), that men and women are equal, and that every man should have a vote. If there is something more bizzare that believing that rubbish I haven't seen it.

Some excellent points here. America is so (prima facie) cosmopolitan that I often forget to take into account how the rest of the world might feel about a black president and just how intolerant they are.
Also you're absolutely right about the hypocrisy on Iran and Hondouras!
